Aspire 2020 Practice and Tryout Plans

Overview 
Aspire will resume practice this fall  only for older age groups but will be taking appropriate precaution due to the pandemic (see precaution steps below). We will also have limited tryouts available by invite only. Aspire may cancel practice on any of the planned days at any point especially due to county recommendations or known spikes on virus in the area.

Days and Times
Thursdays 5pm  - 7pm
Saturdays 9am - 11am

Requirements
Practice is NOT required due to the current state of the pandemic environment.  If you can make it to 1 or both practices great but you are not required at all to attend.

Precaution Steps due to Pandemic
1. Players are required to confirm if they are attending any practice or they will not be allowed at practice
2. Temperature check and quick questionnaire will be done prior to entering field 
3. Mask required coming to practice and will be needed in some group activities such as light warm ups
4. No sharing of water or any refreshments between players
5. All personal belongings need to remain 6+ feet apart from each other
6. No group discussions or get together without masks or appropriate spacing of 6+ feet or more
7. All players are required to find their own transportation to the field, No Aspire Van rides to and from practice
8. No new players or friends showing up at random (they will not be allowed to practice), graduated Aspire players may attend only by invite only (for number control and will be limited )
9. More small sided sessions

Practice Rules
1. Take it seriously especially during sessions, no clowning around or stay home, there will be plenty breaks to catch up and joke around, failure to understand this will be asked to leave.
2. Do not show up shooting the ball aimlessly at goals, get stretched or do some light ball work or stay put
3.  Be social, be friendly and have fun
4. Shinguard and appropriate protective gear is required
5.  Respect everyone
